0 1/4 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
0 1/2 cup  cold water
1 oz  fresh ginger root
1 tbsp  fresh lemon peel
1 each  cantaloupe
2 each  Papaya, fresh
1 tsp  fresh mint
Directions
  1. Boil the Splenda and the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the ginger and decrease the heat to simmer.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes, stir until the Splenda dissolves.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and dispose of the ginger.
  5. Let sit to cool and add the lemon zest.
  6. Use a melon baller to scoop out the main part of the fruits.
  7. Mix with the syrup and mint and serve.
