2 cup  cold water
2 tbsp  cornstarch
0.125 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  margarine
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  grated lemon rind
8 g  Sweetener, granular, packet
1 g  red food coloring
  1. In a small saucepan, mix together the water, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat until clear, then continue to simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Serve warm!
