1 cup  Flour, graham
0 1/2 cup  white all purpose flour
3 tbsp  Buttermilk, dried
0 1/2 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar substitute, granulated
2 each  egg whites
0 1/4 cup  Molasses, dark
1 each  light unsalted stick margarine
0 1/2 cup  Dates, pitted
  1. Mix flours, dry buttermilk, baking soda, salt, brown sugar, and sugar substitute in a bowl and mix at a low speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add egg white, molasses, and margarine at a medium speed for one minute.
  3. Mix the dates and dough together lightly.
  4. Drop onto the cookie sheets by the tablespoonfuls onto the cookie sheets after they have been sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Set the oven to 375 degrees F and bake for about 10-12 minutes.
  6. Take the cookies out of the oven to chill at room temperature.
