3 tbsp  unsweetened cocoa powder
4 tsp  cornstarch
0.3333 cup  Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
0.125 tsp  salt
1 1/2 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  margarine
2 tsp  vanilla extract
10 g  Equal packets
  1. In a small saucepan, mix cocoa, cornstarch, dry milk, and salt together. Stir water in until smooth.
  2. Add the margarine and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and sweetener.
  5. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate until ready to use.
