1 each  cooking spray
2 cup  white all purpose flour
0 1/2 cup  sugar
0 1/2 cup  brown sugar
0.3333 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  chopped walnuts
0 1/4 cup  seedless raisins
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat two cookie sheets with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Mix flour, sugars, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl and mix at a low speed.
  3. Add egg whites, water, oil, and vanilla at a medium speed until mixed well.
  4. Add raisins and nuts by the 1 1/2 tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 -12 minutes.
  5. Remove cookies to cool at room temperature.
