2 cup  Flour, all purpose, bleached, enriched
0.3333 cup  brown sugar
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0.3333 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
0 1/2 cup  liquid egg substitute
0.3333 cup  vegetable oil
2 tsp  vanilla extract
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder together.
  3. Mix 1/2 cup water, sweetener, egg substitute, oil, and vanilla together with a fork and add to flour mixture.
  4. Mix with a spoon until blended.
  5. Fill muffin tins greased with margarine half full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
