1 1/2 cup  Flour, cake, white, enriched, unsifted
0 1/4 cup  sugar
0 1/4 cup  Cocoa Powder, unsweetened, baking
1 tsp  baking soda
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 cup  cold water
0 1/2 cup  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tbsp  vinegar
2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Beat the remaining ingredients together with a fork and add to dry ingredients.
  4. Beat at medium speed until smooth.
  5. Fill 12 greased muffin tins half full and bake for 30 minutes.
