6 cup  fresh chopped spinach
0 1/2 cup  chopped apples
0 1/4 cup  golden raisins
2 tbsp  sliced almonds
5 tbsp  apple juice
3 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 tsp  dijon mustard
1 tsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
Directions
  1. In large bowl, add spinach, apples, raisins, and almonds. Toss gently.
  2. In small bowl or jar, put apple juice, cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, oil, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Use whisk to blend dressing in bowl, or cover jar and shake well.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss lightly.
