1 1/2 lb  medium russet potato
1 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix the potato slices and all of the seasoning in a bowl and coat well.
  3. Place potato slices on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
