1 lb  extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
3 each  fresh plum tomatoes
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 tbsp  chili powder
2 tsp  sliced jalapeno peppers
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 piece  Cheese, cheddar, sharp, slices
0 1/4 cup  fat free sour cream
4 each  Buns, hamburger
4 piece  fresh romaine leaves
1 each  fresh tomatoes
1 cup  sliced white onion
Directions
  1. Heat grill.
  2. Mix the ground round with chopped plum tomatoes, cilantro, chili powder, jalapeno peppers, salt, oregano, cumin and black pepper, divide into 4 equal sizes and form into hamburger patties, 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Place burgers on grill and cook until done, about 6 minutes per side.
  4. Place 1 slice of cheese on each burger, close grill and cook until cheese melts, about 1 minute.
  5. Serve on bun with 1 slice of lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, and onion (optional).
