2 each  boneless skinless chicken breasts
0 1/2 cup  chopped apples
2 tbsp  shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp  Italian style bread crumbs
1 tbsp  butter
0 1/4 cup  white wine
0 1/4 cup  cold water
1 tbsp  cold water
1 1/2 tsp  cornstarch
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. In mixing bowl, combine apple, cheese, and bread crumbs. Set aside.
  2. Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper to 1/4 inch thickness.
  3. Divide apple mixture between chicken breasts and roll up each breast. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. In 7" skillet over medium heat, melt butter; add stuffed chicken breasts and cook until just browned.
  5. Add wine and 1/4 cup water. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 - 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
  6. Transfer chicken to serving platter.
  7. In skillet, combine 1 tablespoon water and cornstarch. Stir into juices in pan, cook and stir until thickened.
  8. Pour over chicken and garnish with parsley. Serve.
