Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat broiler or toaster oven to 350°F.
  2. Drain and pat anchovies dry with paper towel. Chop coarsely.
  3. In small bowl, mix anchovies, capers, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and cheese.
  4. Place bread on baking tray. Lightly toast in oven, turning once.
  5. Spoon topping onto bread. Serve.
