8 oz  fat free cream cheese
8 oz  canned artichokes hearts, drained
0 1/2 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
0 1/4 cup  canned black olives
2 tsp  capers, drained
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/2 tsp  ground oregano
1 tsp  white wine vinegar
1 pinch  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
8 oz  French bread baguette
  1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Add vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut bread lengthwise in half. Hollow out each bread half, leaving a 3/4-inch shell.
  3. Scoop filling into each half. Push bread halves together, cover in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, remove plastic, and slice bread into 16 pieces.
