Ingredients Directions
  1. Remove steaks from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature, covered, for 20 minutes
  2. Position oven rack 5" from heat source. Preheat broiler and broiler pan.
  3. In large bowl, whisk together molasses and vinegar. Place steaks in marinade and fully coat both sides.
  4. Place steaks on heated broiler pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Place steaks under broiler and cook for 5-7 minutes per side (or to preferred level of doneness). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
