1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
15 oz  unsalted canned navy beans
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  crumbled blue cheese
3 piece  raw bacon slices
  1. In food processor or blender, purée onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, beans, and garlic until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer bean dip to serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon.
