0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
15 oz  canned cannellini beans
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  crumbled blue cheese
3 piece  raw bacon slices
  1. Cook 3 slicesof bacon until crisp. Set aside and drain on paper towel.
  2. Drain beans.
  3. Fit food processor with steel blade. With motor running, drop garlic clove through feed tube to chop clove.
  4. Stop motor. Add onion, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and beans. Purée until smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer bean dip to serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle with blue cheese and bacon.
