Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large skillet, cook garlic for one minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Add shredded basil and chicken broth to skillet and let simmer while pasta is cooking.
  3. Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente (approximately 8 to 10 minutes). Drain and add to skillet with basil and broth. Toss well to coat.
  4. Add the pine nuts, cheese, salt and pepper and toss again. Serve immediately garnished with basil leaves.
