8 each  Boston lettuce leaves
4 oz  cooked shrimp
4 oz  small scallops
1/2 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 tbsp  chopped scallions
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 each  medium cucumber
1 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
2 each  fresh lemons
  1. Divide lettuce between 4 plates.
  2. In medium size bowl, mix shrimp, scallops, celery, green onion, parsley, and lemon juice.
  3. Divide mixture evenly into 4 servings and place on top of lettuce lined plates.
  4. Peel, remove seeds and cut cucumber into 1/4" pieces.
  5. Divide cucumber and cherry tomatoes evenly between dishes.
  6. Garnish each dish with lemon wedges.
