Ingredients Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
  2. Drain and rinse.
  3. Put the noodles in a large bowl and toss with the sesame oil.
  4. Spray a large skillet with the nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the steak slices for approximately 1 minute or until medium rare.
  6. Put the cooked steak in the bowl with the noodles.
  7. Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, mustard, ginger, garlic, white pepper, green onions, and red pepper.
  8. Pour sauce in the bowl with the steak and pasta and toss well.
  9. Separate onto 4 plates and season with cilantro.
