0 1/2 oz  dried porcini mushrooms
0 3/4 cup  extra virgin olive oil
10 oz  fresh mushrooms
2 oz  romaine lettuce
2 oz  Boston lettuce leaves
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. To make the porcini olive oil dressing place the dried mushrooms in olive oil and let stand for a few days.
  2. Set aside 8 fresh mushrooms and slice the rest of the mushrooms very thin.
  3. Toss lettuce together and place on plates. Position 1 whole mushroom on either side of the lettuce leaves and put the slices of mushroom in the extra space on the plate.
  4. Trickle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
