0 1/2 cup  bread crumbs
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 lb  flounder fillet
1 each  eggs
2 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
1 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
2 g  Nuts, hazelnuts, dry roasted
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, thyme, and garlic powder.
  2. Dip the fish first into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  3. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat and add fish, cooking until both sides are a golden brown.
  4. Remove fish from pan and place on serving dish, keep warm.
  5. Add the butter to the pan and melt.
  6. Add in the lemon juice, red pepper, hazelnuts, and parsley. Cook until hot and spoon over fish, serve.
