1 tbsp  garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp  dijon mustard
4 tbsp  capers
1 tbsp  Sauce, worcestershire, low sodium
2 tbsp  balsamic vinegar
6 each  fresh basil leaves
1 cup  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 cup  chopped tomato
2 cup  plain croutons
0 1/2 cup  red onion, sliced
12 each  fresh basil leaves
0 1/2 cup  reduced fat feta crumbles
12 oz  romaine lettuce
  1. Put the garlic, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of capers, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and basil leaves in a blender to make the dressing.
  2. While blending, pour in the oil and season with pepper.
  3. Mix together the tomatoes, croutons, red onion, basil, feta cheese, and capers on a large bowl. Toss with 4 to 6 tablespoons of dressing.
  4. Position the romaine lettuce on the bottom of a platter and place the salad on top.
