1 1/2 tbsp  minced garlic
30 oz  canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas), unsalted
0 1/4 cup  salsa
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
1 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tbsp  olive oil
0.3333 cup  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt and pepper
1 tbsp  Sour Cream, light
2 tbsp  fresh sliced avocado
1 tbsp  fresh cilantro
0 1/2 oz  large black olives, canned
  1. Put the salsa, beans, olive oil, cumin, garlic, lime juice, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cilantro, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Spread on the bottom of a serving bowl and place the light sour cream, avocado, cilantro, and black olives on top in that order.
