1 tsp  salt
2 lb  Soybeans, edamame, with pod, frozen
1 tsp  salt
  1. Combine 3 quart of water and salt in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Add soybeans and cook for 5 minutes or until soybeans are tender (break open pod to test). Strain water and season to taste with sea salt. Serve warm or chilled.
