1 1/4 lb  ground turkey, 7% fat, raw
2 tbsp  cornmeal
0 1/4 cup  liquid egg substitute
0 1/4 tsp  Seasoning, salt, spicy
0 1/2 tsp  chili powder
4 each  Cheese, monterey jack, slice
4 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
4 tbsp  Salsa
4 piece  Onion, red, fresh, large slice, 1/4"
4 each  arugula
4 each  Buns, hamburger, reduced calorie
  1. Mix turkey, corn meal, egg substitute, seasoned salt, and chili powder in a medium bowl.
  2. Divide mixture evenly into 8 patties. Top four patties with a slice of cheese and cover with remaining 4 patties. Press edges together to seal in cheese.
  3. Grill burgers over medium-hot coals for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Mix yogurt and salsa together in a small bowl. Place a burger on each bun and top with onion, arugula, and salsa mixture.
