  1. Lightly coat lavosh with water and sandwich between slightly moist kitchen towels. Let set 20 to 30 minutes or until soft enough to roll.
  2. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, curry, cumin, and cayenne in a small bowl.
  3. Spoon approximately 3 tablespoons of the mixture onto each lavosh and spread to make a thin layer.
  4. Mix the rest of the ingredients other than chutney and scatter over lavosh.
  5. Securely roll lavosh into a pinwheel and cover in plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.
  6. When ready to serve, remove plastic and cut into 6 pieces. Spoon chutney over or leave on the side.
