Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly coat a 13X9-inch baking dish with canola cooking spray.
  2. Combine potatoes, onion, soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish, sprinkle with potato chips and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  3. Arrange the broccoli spears around the edge of the baking dish and bake another 15 minutes or until gratin is nice and bubbly and broccoli is just tender.
