0.6667 cup  low fat cottage cheese
0 1/4 cup  Milk, evaporated, nonfat/skim
2 tbsp  grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0.125 tsp  ground turmeric
1 pinch  white pepper
3 cup  fresh broccoli florets
Directions
  1. Place the cottage cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, turmeric, and white pepper in a blender and process approximately 30 seconds, or until a thin consistency.
  2. Put the blended contents in a skillet and heat thoroughly, stir occasionally. Do not boil.
  3. Pour over the warm broccoli and serve.
