Ingredients

6 cup  fresh green beans
2 tbsp  unsalted butter
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Slice the ends off of each bean and place in boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from the boiling water and place immediately in ice cold water to shock.
  3. Drain and place in a skillet to reheat. Season with butter, salt, and pepper.
