0 1/2 cup  vegetable oil
2 each  Plantain, fresh, medium
1 pinch  salt
Directions
  1. In a large sauce pan, heat 1 1/2 to 2 inches of oil to 375 degrees F.
  2. Gently place plantains in oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain well on paper towels.
  3. Dust with salt right before serving. Serve warm.
