0.3333 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
1 tbsp  no-salt tomato sauce
0 1/2 tsp  paprika, sweet, Hungarian
1 tbsp  capers
2 tsp  chopped parsley
1 each  olive oil cooking spray
0 3/4 lb  red snapper
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, tomato sauce, paprika, capers, and parsley.
  3. Spray nonstick cooking spray onto a broiler pan.
  4. Place red snapper on broiler pan and top evenly with yogurt mixture.
  5. Broil without turning until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 6-8 minutes.
