Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut off the top half of the pineapple and save for another use.
  2. Slice off the rind from the bottom half and cut pineapple into 4 rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Spread sugar on a paper plate and dredge the slices in the sugar.
  4. Melt the butter in a large pan over high heat until foaming, and add the pineapple slices.
  5. Fry for 2 minutes, flip the slices and add the raisins, frying until pineapple is brown and raisins are plump, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve with shaved chocolate sprinkled on top.
