1 each  cooking spray
1 3/4 cup  white all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp  low sodium baking powder
0 3/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  ground cardamom
0.3333 cup  margarine
0.6667 cup  sugar
2 each  eggs
0.3333 cup  fat free milk
1 cup  peeled and sliced peaches
0 1/2 cup  fresh blueberries
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cardamom.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the margarine, sugar, and eggs with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to margarine mixture, stirring until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in peaches and blueberries, then spoon into prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 70-80 minutes.
  7. Remove pan from oven and cool for 10 minutes, then remove bread from pan and cool completely.
