0.3333 cup  light mayonnaise
0 1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
1 1/2 oz  honey
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
0.3333 cup  Bread Crumbs, plain, grated, dry
3 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 tsp  italian seasoning
1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix 1/3 cup of mayonnaise, honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. This is the honey dip for the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the 1/4 cup mayonnaise with the Dijon mustard and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  4. Place bread crumbs, sesame seeds, and Italian seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  5. Place chicken in mayonnaise/mustard mixture, then in the bread crumbs, coat evenly.
  6. Place on foil lined cookie sheet and bake until brown and chicken is cooked throughout, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with honey dipping sauce.
