Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray nonstick cooking spray into a nonstick pan, then add oil, and heat.
  2. Sauté garlic, carrots, and onions until brown and soft, about 8 minutes. Add green bell peppers and cook for 2 additional minutes.
  3. Add beef, stirring to break up and crumble, and cook until no longer pink, about 2 minutes. Remove pot from heat, stir in tomato sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place one wrapper at a time on work surface with the corner pointing towards you.
  5. Place 2 tablespoons of the meat filling in the center of the wrapper. Fold the lower corner up over the filling, fold in the 2 side corners, and roll the whole thing away from you. Place on baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers, place in oven and bake until brown, about 14 minutes. Turn the pizza rolls after 7 minutes.
