2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 each  large pears
0 1/2 each  red onion
0 1/2 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/2 each  Cabbage, fresh, head, small, 4.5"
2 tbsp  rice vinegar
1 tbsp  honey
  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over high heat until almost smoking.
  2. Add in the pear, onion, and hot pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add in cabbage and sauté until wilted, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in rice vinegar and honey, and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
