2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 lb  Veal, breast, whole, raw
4 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 each  large onion
2 each  medium garlic cloves
4 tsp  paprika, sweet, Hungarian
0 1/2 tsp  dried marjoram
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tbsp  white whole wheat flour
0 3/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0 1/2 cup  sour cream
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick pan or wok over high heat, cook 1/2 the veal, sautéing until brown but still pink inside, about 3 minutes.
  2. Remove from pan and cook the other 1/2 of the veal the same way.
  3. Transferring all of it to a plate with the juices from the pan, keep warm.
  4. Lower heat to medium, and add in the other 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté the mushrooms, onion, garlic, paprika, marjoram, salt, and pepper for 7 minutes, stir often.
  5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture, and then add the broth.
  6. Cook stirring constantly, until thick, about 2 minutes. Add in the sour cream, mix well.
  7. Return the veal and all of its juices back into the pan and cook until thoroughly heated, about 1 minute, serve immediately.
