Ingredients Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, toss together the jicama, lime juice, and salt. Let sit at room temperature for one hour, tossing occasionally. Add the oranges, cayenne, and cilantro and toss. Let sit for at least 15 minutes, but preferably two hours.
  2. Line a large bowl or platter with lettuce, place salad on top and serve.
