1 cup  evaporated milk
1/4 oz  Yeast, baker's, dry active
1 tsp  sugar
1 cup  whole wheat flour
0 1/2 tsp  grated orange peel
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Heat milk to 110°F. Pour into warm mixing bowl. Add yeast and stir to dissolve. Add flour, orange zest, vanilla extract.. Cover and allow to stand at room temperature 1.5 hours.
  2. Prepare waffles in waffle maker according to manufacturer's directions.
