0 1/4 each  small onions
2 tsp  fresh cilantro
1 tbsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
12 oz  Fish, tuna, white, with water, drained, can
0 1/2 cup  mayonnaise
0.125 tsp  white pepper
Directions
  1. Use blender or food process to chop onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Add tuna and process until well blended.
  3. Add mayonnaise and pepper, blend for approximately 1 minute or until smooth.
  4. Pour into serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
