  1. In food process fitted with steel blade, add onion, cilantro, and jalapeño. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Add tuna and process until well blended.
  3. Add mayonnaise and pepper, blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
