1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  slivered almonds
1 each  small onions
2 tsp  curry powder
16 oz  canned pineapple tidbits
1 tbsp  cider vinegar
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 tbsp  honey
0 1/2 tbsp  Raisins, seedless
  1. Heat the almonds and the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and cook until the almonds are golden brown.
  3. Mix in the pineapple, raisins, honey, vinegar, curry powder, and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Serve warm.
