0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 lb  medium tomatoes
0 1/2 each  medium onions
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  fresh cilantro
  1. Mix together the lemon juice and salt until the salt dissolves.
  2. Combine the tomatoes, onion, jalapeƱo pepper, cilantro, and garlic with the lemon mixture. Mix well and serve.
