2 each  egg whites
0.6667 cup  lowfat milk
1 tsp  grated orange peel
1 tsp  vanilla extract
1 cup  granola
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
8 piece  sliced whole wheat bread
  1. Mix together the egg whites, milk, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  2. Put the granola in a separate bowl. Place each slice of bread into the egg blend and then into the granola.
  3. Melt one-fourth of the butter on a large skillet. Place 2 bread slices on the skillet and cook each side for approximately 3 minutes or until golden brown. Continue the same steps until all slices have been prepared.
