Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Mix the crab meat, the chopped artichokes, egg white, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and 1 tablespoon of the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Separate the English muffins into halves and place them on a baking pan. Smear the crab mixture evenly onto each half and put the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Put the pan in the freezer for 10 approximately minutes.
  5. Put the pan under the broiler for about 6 to 7 minutes, or until the top of the muffins are slightly brown and bubbly.
  6. Cut each muffin into 4 pieces and serve.
