0 1/2 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  cooking spray
2 each  medium garlic cloves
15 oz  Beans, cannellini/white kidney, unsalted, canned
0 1/2 tsp  fresh sage
1 tsp  balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp  cold water
0.125 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  salt
Directions
  1. Spray a medium size skillet with nonstick cooking spray and put over medium heat. Place the onions on the skillet and cook for approximately 1 minute or until soft.
  2. Add in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Put the beans, onions, garlic, sage, vinegar, water, pepper, and salt into a blender and blend for approximately 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Place the mixture into a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours
