1 cup  fresh broccoli florets
0 1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
2 each  egg whites
1 each  eggs
1 cup  fat free milk
1 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray one 9-inch pie pan with the nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix the broccoli with the chicken broth. Cook in a saucepan, uncovered, on medium heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, blend the egg whites and the egg. Combine the broccoli, milk, cheese, and pepper with the egg mixture.
  4. Pour into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
