Ingredients Directions
  1. Cut one pear in half, peel and core one half, and place in blender. Add lemon juice, apple juice, chives and yogurt. Purée until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Slice remaining pears into halves, stem and core, but do not peel.
  3. Slice pears lengthwise into 1/4" thick slices.
  4. Line serving platter with endive leaves and to with pear slices.
  5. Drizzle with dressing, crumble cheese over salad and serve.
