6 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 g  salt
1 quart  cold water
2 each  medium apples
0.3333 cup  orange juice
2 tbsp  olive oil
1 oz  fresh mint
1 each  mint sprigs
Directions
  1. In large serving bowl, mix lemon juice and water. Cut apples into thin slivers. Soak apple slivers in lemon water.
  2. Drain apples in colander. Place apples back in bowl. Add orange juice and oil. Toss to mix.
  3. Add salt to taste and garnish with mint leaves and sprigs.
