0 1/2 cup  frozen green peas
1 cup  wheat, bulgur, dry
2 tsp  grated orange peel
0.3333 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
2 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
1 cup  red bell peppers, sliced
2 tbsp  fresh mint
  1. Place peas in saucepan with one cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add bulgur.
  2. Stir well, then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Place mixture in serving bowl. Add orange zest, orange juice, olive oil, black pepper, salt, red pepper slices, and mint.
  4. Toss well and serve.
