10 oz  Artichokes, hearts, frozen
2 tbsp  shallots, chopped
2 tbsp  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tbsp  canola oil
2 tbsp  white wine vinegar
0 1/4 cup  white wine
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Place oil in a large nonstick pan and sauté the artichoke hearts, shallots, onion, and garlic until artichokes are separated and onion is soft but not brown.
  2. Add in vinegar and wine, bring to a boil.
  3. Lower heat, simmer, covered until artichokes are soft, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper, optional.
