0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  whole jalapeno pepper
2 tsp  canola oil
1 tsp  chili powder
0 1/2 cup  chopped tomato
0 3/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
0.3333 cup  sour cream
2 tsp  fresh cilantro
Directions
  1. In small pan, heat oil, add onion and jalapeño. Cook until tender, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in chili powder and tomato, cook for 1-2 additional minutes.
  3. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until broth is reduced to 1/2 cup.
  4. Add sour cream and cilantro, heat thoroughly.
